The footpath at the bus stop at Dasappa Circle is about 20 inches
high. It is knee-high even for tall people. How can elderly people,
women and children get down from this high footpath and get on a bus?

The widening of Dhanvantari Road near Dasappa Circle has left it
with no footpath. So "footpath" vendors have set up shop on the storm
water drain itself!

Dozens of bus stops all over the city have been replaced by hi-tech
bus stops. But the old bus stops have not been demolished. They have
become an eye-sore.
