MYMUL Officials Interact with Public

At a meeting on held ny Mysore Grahakara Parishat on 24-9-14 and chaired by R. Chandra Prakash, MGP President, Sri. Rajashekhara Murthy, Marketing Manager, MYMUL, interacted with the public about MYMUL products. Some of the important issues raised by the audience were: non-availability of 1-litre milk packets (and the resulting one rupee penalty on consumers who buy two half liter packets), difficulty          in
getting replacement for the spoilt milk, unhygienic condition of milk distribution centres, inconsistency in the quality of curds, improper disposal of plastic covers at the Nandini booths, non-availability of information about whom to complain in the event of defects, non-availability of complaint book at Nandini booths. Sri. Murthy addressed these issues and detailed the steps MYMUL is taking to improve the quality of its services. He also agreed to consider implementing suggestions such as introducing 5-litre cans for milk, home delivery for the elderly, etc
